Andy Griffith is the founder of SOLO LINK — a grassroots automation and AI platform helping small businesses grow without burning out. But before building tech that levels the playing field for local entrepreneurs, Andy was deep in the trenches of business operations and growth.
He served as a Franchise Business Advisor for over 30 franchisees, then stepped up as a Senior Training Administrator overseeing training assets for six national brands and more than 1,900 locations. From the boardroom to the back kitchen, Andy’s seen every side of business — including his early days as a sushi and hibachi chef.
But his real story? He beat the odds. After facing incarceration during his senior year of high school, Andy rebuilt his life from the ground up — choosing service, systems, and second chances over excuses. That journey fuels everything he teaches: how to create freedom, profit, and peace of mind through practical tools that actually work.
